AppLocale: Changing the Language settings for individual programs on Win XP/2003
If you need to run some of your programs with special language settings, you should have a look at this link. I’ve been having lots of problems recently with compiling sourcecode containing European special characters in Visual Studio 2005 on a Japanese OS and I was quite tired of switching the language for Non-Unicode programs and rebooting several times a day. The software has been around for 5 years now and can be downloaded directly from Microsoft, but I guess I am not the only one who has not been aware of it.
